You should order this pay per view
because it has all the right questions
that
we have been seeking to find answers
for. Can Mayweather handle a bigger,
more determined and focus welterweight?
Can Baldomir handle this level of
competition? Can Mayweather KO Baldomir?
Does Baldomir have what it takes to
handle a fighter as elusive as Floyd?
etc…
These two fighters need each other right
now. When Carlos defeated Zab Judah and
Arturo Gatti months ago, this fight made
sense. Thus, putting two of the top
welterweights in the same cage. Carlos
Baldomir has the chin, the will and the
heart to test Floyd Mayweather to the
best of his ability.
The PPV card isn't bad either. Roberto
Guerrero, Paul Williams and Robbie Peden
are all looking to up their level of
competition and stand out within their
divisions. This could possibly be one of
the most exciting nights for this year
of boxing. The winner of Baldomir –
Mayweather could possibly catapult to a
major fight by early next year against
another elite 147 or 154lb fighter.
Roger Mayweather will not be in the
corner of Floyd Mayweather for this
bout. For Carlos Baldomir fans, this is
more fuel in the tank. It adds another
question to the welterweight saga. Can
Floyd Mayweather be successful with
Roger in his corner? The odds in Las
Vegas have dropped from 8 – 1 to now 4.5
– 1 in favor of Floyd Mayweather. Could
Roger Mayweather's absence have that
much of an affect on Floyd's
performance?
There are so many questions that need to
be answered in this matchup. Mayweather
– Baldomir is one of those matchups that
is a must. This matchup has every
question needed to make it
extraordinary. The catch is, each
question can be stringed by a series of
several different outcomes. We still
don't know much about Carlos Baldomir.
All we know is that he defeated two good
American fighters and may be on his way
to a fighter of the year plaque. Can he
do it in November?
